At Repcor we strive to know and understand the business needs of our distributor partners as well as the manufacturers we represent and to find solutions to build robust and successful relationships. We provide numerous support services such as personnel training, customer support, order entry and tracking, assistance with project logistics, reporting and much more.

DISTRIBUTION SALES

Our team prides itself in our focus on demand creation and project management is at its’ heart. We invest heavily in product specification at all levels of a project – from developer to mechanical and plumbing contractor, providing product expertise, quote services as well as technical support. Targeted team approach and state of the art software enable us to keep our project focus and capitalize on a diverse product offering to drive entire spec packages. Our strong contractor relationships allow us to stay close to the project from its’ inception to completion. We provide start-up and after-sales support to additionally aid contractors with ever-changing product technologies.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With one of the largest and most experienced customer support and inside sales team in our territory, we can provide a wide range of services at the highest level of customer satisfaction. Order entry and tracking, pricing and promotion management, reporting, administrative duties, warranty and RGA requests processing and technical support are only a few of the services we provide to our manufacturers and customers.

In the past 6 years we have expanded our presence with our decorative plumbing partners by building a strong and compelling decorative plumbing line and striving to provide top-notch services. Product training, large CEU offering, and display maintenance lay the ground work for our success. However, we do not stop there. We strive to be a true partner to the decorative showroom and drive designer demand, facilitate local inventory of product, assist with contractor and consumer technical support and continuously be an industry resource.

SHOWROOM
SUPPORT

With a centrally located 30,000 sq ft warehouse, Repcor helps manufacturers to grow sales by keeping local inventory of key products for our market. Our professionally managed warehouse includes state of the art electric lifts, indoor and outdoor warehousing capabilities, experienced staff, and established procedures that promote both accurate shipping and accurate receiving of your goods. Up-to-date inventory management system allows for both consignment and buy-sell stocking models. We are currently working on expanding our capabilities to allow on-line inventory access and order entry for our wholesale partners.
